Salty Air - Kid friendly and close to the beach

House located 380 metres through an alley way to the beach with a huge deck for chilling on! The space Super sunny large lounge and massive double entertaining deck space with both a gas and coal Webber to use. Fully fenced yard, perfect for kids. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom houses our boys in single bunk beds (we do prefer children in bunks rather than adults). There is also a fold-out couch in the lounge. Hot / cold outdoor shower to refresh from a trip to the beach. Our friendly black cat Beasty will be around for smooches and pats during your stay. He does not sleep inside at night and for the duration of your stay, will be fed via an automatic feeder and neighbours. Please note there is no microwave or bath at the house. Guest access Access to the full house and washing machine, garden, decks and all linen. We have a heat pump / air conditioner in the main living area. The air-conditioner does cool/ heat the entire house provided the bathroom and laundry doors are closed. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms that have remotes that control the fans as well as the light with dimming options. Plenty of parking on and off street. Other things to note - All linen provided - Bath and Beach towels provided - Outdoor hot / cold shower - Gas Webber BBQ - Coal Webber BBQ - Smart TV + Chrome cast - Bluetooth connected stereos (Marshall and a large amount of) - please be courteous of our neighbours with music.
