On the first floor, you’ll find the main living area featuring a bright and spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining space. This welcoming area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Liverpool’s waterfront, shops, restaurants, and attractions. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for preparing anything from a three-course dinner to light snacks and refreshments during your stay. Also on this level is a generously sized double bedroom, offering a peaceful place to unwind, along with a family bathroom complete with a bathtub and separate shower cubicle, providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Upstairs on the second floor, located within the attic, is a cosy twin bedroom with two single beds. Due to the nature of the attic space, the ceiling height is lower on the sides, adding to the room’s charm and character while creating a snug and private sleeping area. Please note that the ground floor is not accessible to guests, as it is used for storage purposes only. Other things to note To make your stay smooth and enjoyable, here are a few quick reminders: > The lead guest (the person who made the booking) must be 21+, provide a valid government ID, and sign our terms and conditions before check-in. We’ll share check-in details once that’s done. > The lead guest is responsible for all guests—no unregistered guests, parties, or illegal activities, please. > Keep noise to respectful levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. A noise detection device is installed to monitor noise decibel levels only—this helps us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours.
