Our private loft is perfect for couples, friends and families (with children of all ages). We are not right for you if you are here for a night out as we have children living at home. The loft has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Our price is for the double room. If you wish to also have the twin room then there is a surcharge of £30 pp. You have access to our kitchen. It’s under 10 minutes walk to the beach and in a quiet residential area with cafes and shops. We have space for 1 car on our drive. The space We have a typical 1930's semi detached house with a west facing garden and an open plan kitchen/diner area which you are welcome to use. We have lots of toys that children are welcome to play with. The top floor is our loft conversion with 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed with goose down duvet and pillows), a large twin room and we can supply a travel cot There is a shower room with a toilet which is private. It's quiet up there so away from the family area however you have shared access through the house to the loft. We supply coffee/tea and your own kettle however you also have access to our kitchen should you need it. There is a desk and also an arm chair so space to relax. The twin room has black out velux blinds. There is strong WIFI in the loft. Guest access You access your loft through our house and we give you a key. Whilst you are staying with us you can access our kitchen/diner area and if you need to do washing etc we can help with that. You also have access to the garden. There are plenty of toys if you have children. We are very relaxed and often socialise with our guests if they want to. Our children love meeting children and playing with them (especially from other countries). During your stay We live in the house and love hanging out with our guests. In the past we’ve eaten with them and celebrated their birthdays. However of course we respect your privacy and our house is big enough so if you want your own space there is plenty. You’re welcome to use our kitchen, living room etc and dine in our kitchen and we’ll leave you to it!
