The Nest in Downtown Budapest

Welcome to "The Nest"! It's a fantastic space in the middle of downtown with a marvellous view of the surrounding rooftops. My aim when creating it was to offer inspiration for your stay, as I want to you to have a lovely time not just exploring my beloved city but also when you get to relax after a long day of sightseeing. It can host up to four people in a uniquely designed space, and has everything you might need for a memorable and comfortable stay. The space The apartment is on the top floor of the building and can accommodate up to four people in a stylish environment with unique design ideas. There is an elevator in the building, but please keep in mind that it only goes up to the fourth floor (sometimes only up to the third floor) from where you need to climb a flight of stairs to the fifth where the apartment is located. There is a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining table with four chairs, as well as a seating area and an HD smart TV with Netflix, music apps, YouTube (all of which you can use with your own accounts). The sofa here can be converted into a double bed and sleep up to two people. There is also a separate bedroom of 12 square metres with a king size (180x200 cm) bed. The apartment has one-of-a-kind decor and beautiful ceilings, and as a very unique features, a fantastic 2mx1.3m extra large bathroom equipped with a shower build using the highest quality safety mineral glass, a sink, and a separate toilet. The apartment is automatically heated and cooled according to the weather with an electric smart home system, ensuring a pleasant temperature inside during all seasons. Guest access You'll have the place all to yourselves with full access to all amenities, with the only exception of the cot. I have two in total for all my apartments, and can only provide it if it is not in use elsewhere. So please ask in advance to see if there is one available! Please note that this is a smart home, fully cooled and heated by the automatic system to make it as pleasant inside as possible while also saving energy. If the temperature outside is higher than 25℃, the AC will turn on to prevent the temperature inside to go above that. If the temperature outside is lower than 21℃, the heating will turn on at 23℃. In away mode, there is no AC and the heating is kept at 18℃. It is fully automatic and there is no manual control of the AC or heating. Other things to note Tourist tax The sum you pay on Airbnb includes local tourist tax, no other charges apply. Linen and towels There is bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change. If you need extra, please bring your own, or you can request more before arrival at an additional cost (please message me for details). Consumables You will find a reasonable amount of consumables as per the list of amenities, such as kitchen basics, welcome coffee, toiletries (in dispensers), toilet paper, etc. Should any of this run out, please buy more at the supermarket like you would at home.
