A large floor-to-ceiling window that lets natural light into the fully-equipped living room, with a 40 inch TV, comfortable furniture, and a beautiful hanging chair that gives it a special touch. The library is a cozy space, our ergonomic chair guarantees comfort for those long hours of remote work with 550 Mbps internet. The kitchen has a modern range hood, refrigerator, oven, and several small appliances, which is complemented by a variety of utensils that will make this space your favorite. And a bathroom with an odor extractor and as an additional accessory we have placed an umbrella stand for our guests to use. Top floor: Our bed is a queen size, the mattress is perfect for a good night's sleep, it has a TV and two electric curtains, translucent and blackout type. Closet with hangers, shoe rack, iron and ironing board, extra set of blankets and sheets. As an additional feature, we have a safe and a first aid kit. Full bathroom, with odor extractor and hairdryer. Guest access Check-in is self-service. Access cards will be handed over at the building's reception. White card: for elevators and access to social areas: Floor 2: Wet area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and spa). Floor 3: gym. 4th floor: game room and laundry. 25th floor: terrace Green card: Allows you to enter the Loft. To do this, bring the green card close to the numerical screen, wait 2 minutes for the access to be automatically activated. Then turn the handle to enter. Loft and Building Rules!!! - Trash must be thrown away every day on the ground floor. (On the left-hand side of the reception) in that place is the garbage storage area. - Entering additional people outside the reservation is forbidden. Entering visitors is forbidden.
