The house is on a quiet rural road with a massive backyard and a glass door overlooking the beauty. Centrally located near Hunter/Windham and thriving downtown Catskill or historic Hudson! So much to do! There are also two workstations set up with monitors and keyboards for your convenience! The space The cozy cottage has three bedrooms consisting of one queen bed, one full bed and two twin beds. The living room offers generous space with an indoor gas fireplace providing comfort and cozy vibes. There is also a TV if you're looking to wind down after a day of hiking or exploring. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials including a new stainless steel oven, microwave, refrigerator and everything you'd need to make a home cooked meal. There is a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The cedar sauna provides some much needed rest and relaxation with numerous health benefits! You'll sleep like a baby! We offer two workstations for people looking to take some extended trips and maybe work a day or two in between! No need to lug your monitor and keyboard to the mountains with you! We have two full bathrooms and a washer dryer. The outdoor area is loaded with amenities. We have a patio, furniture for outdoor dining, a grill and multiple firepits. Check-in is super smooth with an automatic smart lock system so no need to meet or remember to hand off keys at the end of your stay. Guest access Guests will access the house through the patio door with a smart lock.
