Turkeyfoot Sunset Apartment

The Sunset efficiency apartment is brand new. The view from this cozy apartment beats anything in Confluence rain or shine, and if there is a sunset you are at the perfect spot. It has a fully functional kitchen, private bathroom with tub and shower. It has a small living area with a flat screen TV and a queen bed. One of the best features is, it is the quietest of all my apartments. Confluence does have the railroad going right through town. Very cozy, quiet and a spectacular view. The space My apartments are unique in that we are located right on the Turkeyfoot, named by George Washington to describe the three rivers coming together. I'm also conveniently located to everything in town. You can park your car and ride to the Allegheny Passage bike trail or any of the unique restaurants in town. Everything is very close. If you like fishing or rafting we are right by the rivers. To me a beautiful view and privacy are very important and we provide both. For bicyclists looking for a place big enough for a bigger group I do have two more apartments and a house on the same property. Guest access All guests are able to use the deck and the firepit and a variety of outdoor games, but we do make sure that each apartment has its own cozy private space to enjoy the best view in Confluence. Other things to note As most people know, Confluence and Ohiopyle are railroad towns, so both towns do have the occasional train noise. Most people are not bothered by it but I do provide earplugs for those who want them. Confluence has just about anything you need when here. We have a grocery, a bicycle rental, bank, post office, gas station and even a dollar general. The Tissue farm coffee shop is one block from me and we have some unique restaurants in town, but mostly people are here for the beauty of the outdoors. I do also provide a secure bike storage. One last thing the town shuts down fairly early. If you are looking for any late night entertainment, on weekends there is The Yough Roadhouse.
