Many families prize the convenience of staying on the ground floor considering the amount of gear they often carry for the little ones. The large picture windows let you follow the antics of your children on the lush grass just outside. The beach trail is just a few steps from the backdoor and leads you through the dune grass to overlook the majestic Pacific. Following a dip in the ocean, warm up with a soak in the large jetted tub. The kitchen overlooks the living room letting you enjoy the company of friends and family. Even in mid-winter you can bundle up and dash out for a quick taste of the wind and waves without freezing. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for families. The coast is a dynamic place with the view and dunes changing from season to season. Dune restoration work is underway by the HOA which may cause the view during your visit to be different than what is shown. In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach! Other things to note ***NOTICE: BUILDING 8 ROOF REPLACEMENT 9/8/25-10/15/25*** Please be aware the roof and associated trimwork is scheduled to be replaced on building 8 from September 8th – October 15th, 2025. We do not know the extent of the disturbance this work will cause our guests. Work will be performed between 8am- 5pm, Monday through Friday until complete. Guests who are sensitive to noise or activity happening outside the condo windows may like to choose alternative condos during this period. We apologize that the situation may impact full enjoyment of the condo during working hours, but want to be transparent about conditions which may be present during the day. Discounts or moving to alternate condos can’t be accommodated after arrival.
