A Private Room in an Arty Terrace Apt. in S. Delhi

Close to the airport, the appt. is located in a quiet neighbourhood in South Delhi. It is a just few kms away from a thriving city life- the Vasant Kunj malls, many bars and restaurants, Hauz Khas Village are all within the range of 5kms. Designed by a landscape architect, this appt. comes with lots of plants, a spacious private bedroom, high speed internet, air-conditioning, a library with a small collection of fiction and non-fiction books, and an attached bathroom with shower. The space The apartment has some beautiful living spaces including a living room, kitchen, utility room with a washing machine, a courtyard and a huge terrace- all of which are available for our guests to use! I, the host, live in another bedroom of the same appt. Guest access You will have access to the - Courtyard with a dining table - Living Room - Terrace Area - Kitchen and Utility - Washing Machine During your stay I am happy to interact with guests in person, when available at home. If not, I am available on the phone for questions, suggestions and anything else. My parents live in the apartment downstairs. They will also be available for inquiries and information, if required. Other things to note The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator so it might be a problem for the elderly or differently-abled. Breakfast and other meals can be made available upon request on a nominal charge. Please do let me know if you'd like to eat at home. You can also easily order food in on Swiggy or Zomato.
