Old Savannah Historic B&B Farmhouse (Main House)

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. It is a144 year old Victorian Farmhouse with many giant live oaks and a step back in the past. This listing is for the main house only (does not include the side room ( that has a separate entrance). There is a listing that includes the main house AND the side suite. The space This property sits on almost 3 acres filled with beautiful flowers and many majestic old live oaks. The inside is decorated with antiques and has many original features such as a built in that is located in the dining room and also has a clawfoot tub. The property has a swing on the porch. There is also a back porch that is very private too. Guest access Guests will be able to access the yard and the main house that consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and 2 porches. During your stay We have a contactless check-in procedure but we are also readily available by phone or text. Other things to note Please do not use the fireplaces as they are not functional. Also, please no candles or smoking on the property. Also, there are many antique lights that need to be unplugged when guests leave. The front door key does not work for the back door. They are separate locks. When parking, please park inside the fence. We do not have a tv or internet but we do have some magazines, books and games. We prefer only adults to stay over at the house due to all of the antiques and concern for a child getting hurt. 16+ May stay if accompanied by a parent.
