The space We undertook a project to refurbish this 1800s property consisting of three apartments, and we hope you love it as much as we do. Apartment C consists of two cosy small double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen and open space living area. You will also have access to our small garden in the rear. This ground floor apartment is likely to suit small families, friends, couples and solo travellers alike. There are designated work spaces and super fast fibre broadband for those looking to stay for work and a washing machine for anyone staying a little longer. We provide all towels, bed linen and all of your cleaning necessities. There is parking on site for one car. We have signed the Airbnb Cleaning Protocol, and enhanced our cleaning procedures due to Covid-19 and to ensure the utmost safety of our guests. We do not carry out cleaning during your stay, but for those staying a little longer, we provide linen and towel changes. Guests are able to self check in by using the key safe by the front door. Please check that you are reserving for the correct number of guests as our prices automatically amend per guest so that our solo travellers benefit from the best rates. Unauthorised guests and pets are not permitted. We welcome babies and children but cannot provide cots. Other things to note Guests and visitors are not permitted unless they are added to the booking itself, or without prior arrangement.
