3 minutes away from Olde Mill golf. Country setting. You may hear coyotes howling, cows bellowing, hawks screaming, etc. Its very dark at night. Walkway lights are outside. Watching the stars is great! You may see a fly or lady bug in the camper! I do have an exterminator treat for insects, however, due to it being a camper, they do sometimes find a way in. The toilet is conventional tank flushed. Stove top is propane. Oven is currently unavailable. I have a counter top unit available. The space This peaceful space is easy to access. there are pastures and horizon views. The camper presents well in pictures but has some wear & tear! One past guest was an artist and got paint on many surfaces the floors which I haven't able get off! Queen pillow top mattress in the bedroom, and the double bed futon is high quality and very comfortable! Kitchen table makes into a perfect bed for 2 children or a small adult. Heat, stove top, and hot water are propane. Conventional 12cup Mr. Coffee drip & Kurieg coffee makers, toaster. Lots of mowed walking trails around the 22 acre property! Excellent space to bring kids and pets !! Guest access Camper is set up on my 22 acre property off the road about 200' w/ limited visibility until you turn into my driveway. My residence is about 150' further off rd w/only the very end of the camper barely visible from one corner of my house. Feel free to explore! Other things to note This space is a work in progress with improvements planned! I welcome feedback! There's a small wooden farm building beside the camper that has some farm tools and a trash barrel. pedal flush toilet has been replaced by a conventional household toilet. as such, it uses a lot of water compared to the foot pedal type. Please help me conserve water and not over burden the septic tank by flushing only if you have too!!. Please DO NOT flush wipes, feminine products, cat litter (yes, this has happened and cost me a lot of money! ), condoms, or anything else other than bodily waste and toilet paper.
