The space All bedding and towels are provided An outside UK 3 pin socket can be used for EV charging (You will need your own adaptor) The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, a Juliette balcony, a dressing table, and a Tower Air Cooler for cooling in warmer months. The second bedroom is a twin room, complete with a dressing table and Tower Air Cooler, both bedrooms have blinds2go blinds and black out curtains. The living area on the ground floor offers a sofa that can be converted into a bed, accommodating additional guests with bedding that is provided in the storage compartment. The upstairs bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting a large walk-in waterfall shower with Faith In Nature's body wash, shampoo & conditioner supplied, a luxurious LED mirror with a demister pad, a dual fuel towel rail that ensures that towels are warm and inviting even when the heating is off, and of course a toilet and sink. The property features an additional ground-floor bathroom, complete with a toilet and sink for added convenience. The kitchen is outfitted with every necessary amenity, including a spacious refrigerator-freezer with an ice maker and filtered water jug. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a food blender is also supplied. Additionally, the kitchen includes a combination washer and dryer, washing up liquid, soap, tea towels, and fundamental cleaning materials. Guests will also find a Cafetiere, a teapot, and complimentary Cornish tea, coffee, and sugar. The living room is equipped with a 43-inch smart television, providing access to a wide array of streaming applications such as Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, and more, allowing guests to enjoy their favourite shows and movies through streaming services with their own accounts. Guests can also watch live TV channels through the BBC iPlayer, ITV Player & All4 apps. A table seating area with underfloor heating throughout, along with under stairs storage with an ironing board, iron, clothes airer, pegs, and your suitcases. The central heating system is easy to use with separate thermostats for the upstairs and downstairs areas, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your desired level of comfort. The property offers convenient on-site parking with a designated space located right beside the front door. The property is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station with service to St Ive's and Penzance, or a short 12-minute drive to St Ive's and 15 minutes to Penzance. It is also within close proximity to a bus stop with service to other destinations in wider Cornwall. The property's location makes a car unnecessary to visit or stay here.
