The space Tiny in Torrey is a small cabin that sits on over an acre of land. This retreat is perfect for a couple looking for a serene get-away or perhaps a family of 4. LOCATION ** Located within walking distance to the town of Torrey **5 miles from the entrance of Capital Reef National Park (11 miles to the Visitor Center) FEATURES **Guests enjoy the entire cabin on over an acre of land **Convenient self check-in and keyless entry **Comfortably fits up to 4 people **There is no TV at our cabin, but we do have complimentary fast fiber WIFI **No smoking or pets please. This includes dogs who stay outside. **Because of the dry natural landscape and sometimes windy nights of Torrey, we do not allow fires on our property. Please do not use the outdoor fire pit. LIVING AREAS **Vaulted ceilings welcome you into the main living area, creating a bright and intimate gathering space. **Unwind in the cozy loft, the perfect retreat for when you want to cuddle up with a good book. Or, if you just need to send the kids somewhere to play inside, the loft makes an excellent play space. **An electric fireplace creates a warm, inviting environment in the winter **Window AC units and a ceiling fan cool the space off in the hot summer months SLEEPING AREAS **One small private bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed, seperated from the main area by a curtain **One twin sized bed in pull-out couch in main room **Two 4 inch thick fold out mattresses available in loft area KITCHEN **Full size refrigerator **1500 W toaster oven that is able to bake, toast, convection bake and broil and has the capacity to hold two 12" pizzas (There is not a traditional range oven in the kitchen) **Single burner electric hot plate **Instant hot water dispenser **Coffee maker & french press coffee maker (coffee not included) **Crockpot **Waffle maker **The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots , pans and utensils, basic dishes for four and mixing bowls **For outside cooking, there is a propane BBQ with a side burner **There is no dining area inside the cabin, but we do have 4 tv trays to use when the weather requires inside dining BATHROOM **Large ¾ bathroom **Tiled walk-in shower (no tub) **Includes many basic amenities: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. OUTSIDE SPACE Enjoy the tranquil sounds of morning or a beautiful sunset on our quaint front and back porches. **Relax on the front porch rocking chairs while you take in the Ant Hill Mountain to the north **Dine on the back porch, which boasts an intimate eating nook for two **Large back patio that receives excellent afternoon shade **Back patio includes a table for four, patio chairs for outside eating and relaxing, and a propane BBQ with a side burner **Hammock relaxation station perfect for afternoon naps or star gazing. Hammocks are located on the end table next to the red couch. **Have a seat in the wooden swing seat with a breath-taking view of the Cock's Comb rock formation to the south. **Small outdoor play space with slide, dirt pit, dirt kitchen and toys. Outdoor toys can be found in the bin under the slide. Please put away all toys before you leave. WIFI **We offer complimentary fast, fiber WIFI (1 GB) Guest access Please make yourself at home and enjoy the cabin and property during your stay. Off Limits: There is a small storage closet in the bathroom to the right of the shower that is off limits. Please do not access the supplies in this closet. Other things to note Please note that the house does not have a traditional range oven in the kitchen, but the toaster oven is able to bake, toast, convection bake and broil and has the capacity to hold two 12" pizzas. The small kitchen includes a 1500 W toaster oven, single burner induction hot plate, coffee maker, french press coffee maker, crockpot, waffle maker and there is a propane BBQ in the outside patio area. Coffee is not provided. There is no dining area in the cabin, but we do have 4 TV trays to use when the weather requires inside dining. The front and back porch include comfortable eating nooks for two and the back patio has a picnic table for outside dining.
