Spacious bedroom in a lovely decorated independent hostel, right in the heart of Dolgellau. The space Continental breakfast is included. You also have access to the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge - this is shared with other guests. The spacious bedroom, on the second floor, has very comfortable beds, all bedding and linen included. The room with three single beds. There is a toilet and washbasin on the same floor. There are ample shared shower & toilet facilities throughout the house. Where possible, we will assign a designated bathroom. There are several seating areas in the garden, at the back of the house. PLEASE NOTE: 1. We don't think our house is suitable for young children under the age of 5. 2. For your safety, there is a security camera installed outside the kitchen door. Guest access Plas Isa is situated in the centre of Dolgellau with plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. There are limited parking options in front of the house (Lion Street). We provide one parking permit for the long stay carpark for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Plas Isa is a Grade II listed building in the heart of Dolgellau - a traditional town with a go-ahead attitude, reflected in an ever-improving range of local events and festivals, outdoor activities and places to stay and eat. The handsome, dark-stoned market town is set beneath Cader Idris, the second most popular mountain in Wales, on the approach to the beautiful Mawddach Estuary. Dolgellau is one of the handiest bases for exploring all of Snowdonia – but don’t overlook the many local beauty spots such as the aptly named Precipice Walk and Mawddach Trail along the waterside for nine-and-a-half miles to Barmouth with it's fantastic beaches. Coed y Brenin, popular with mountainbikers for its wide ranges of trails, is only a short distance away.
