Concerned with safety our place is equipped with is CC tv and access card entry. security guard 24/7 , lift, generator, Airtel wi-fi and many more. The space it's a beautiful place with a independent room kitchen with out door seating perfect to enjoy a calm time with your own space while watching the view. All the rooms are independent nothing is shared so privacy is not an issue. NOTE-keep in mind as it is a AIRBNB the place must be cleaned by yourself if not we do have maid service, if needed service it is chargeable which ranges ranging 100-300 depending on the condition of the place please try to keep the place as clean as possible. only two wheeler parking available in the premises ,for car parking can be arranged outside Need to use staircase for one floor Note:Back up is available but not automatic once power cut need to wait for 5min for power to turn on. Guest access only two wheeler parking available in the premises outside car parking can be arranged. Other things to note Please follow the house rules keep noise at minimal if any damage done notify us we can resolve the issue then and there. keep the room clean as possible or inform us we have maid service (chargeable) No pets allowed No smoking inside the room If the guest needs drinking water post the 1L provided it’s chargeable (20L can 50RS) Towels will be provided based on request
