Host lives in an adjacent, fully separate, locked-off unit — full privacy throughout your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and full of character — yet you’re close to it all. 🌊 Central Location: • Beach – 20 min walk / 5 min Uber • Downtown & Convention Center – 5 min drive • 4th Street Retro Row – 15–20 min walk to Retro Row’s cinema, restaurants, cafés, and coffee shops • Heritage Restaurant – Michelin-rated dining, just a 10 min walk • Belmont Shore & Shoreline Village – quick bike ride or 10 min Uber Inside, you’ll enjoy: • 2 cozy bedrooms + full bath • Bright living room with plenty of sunlight • Full kitchen stocked with all essentials • Dining room for shared meals or remote work • Porch seating with a two-person rocker — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset 🚗 Parking: One guaranteed driveway spot (rare in this neighborhood!). At times we may coordinate a quick swap, but I’ll make sure you always have a space. 👋 Interaction with Host: I live in a connected, adjacent unit on the property, fully separated and locked off from your space. You’ll have complete privacy, but I’m nearby if you need anything during your stay. ✅ House Guidelines: • No smoking anywhere on property • Registered guests only (no parties or events) • Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am This Craftsman combines historic charm with modern convenience — the perfect base to unwind, explore Long Beach, and feel right at home. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance at the front of the house. Other things to note • Parking: One driveway spot is reserved for guests. Street parking is limited. In rare cases, we may need to swap vehicles in the driveway — please share a cell number for easy coordination. • Guests: Only those on the reservation may stay. No events or parties. • Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside). • Quiet Hours: 10pm – 7am. • Pets: Dogs or cats allowed with prior approval (please share breed and size).
