This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Lake access for swimming, kayaking and ice fishing. Great living room for relaxing. Fire pit in backyard for chilly nights. The front porch overlooking the lake is one of my favorite places on the planet to have a quiet cocktail. The whole house is yours on a 5 acre lot. I am often in the house next door and always available by phone. If I am not local, there is a local management person. What is special about this neighborhood is that there is none. You are in the woods and enjoying the fantastic view and quiet time. Busy neighborhoods are within 20 minutes (Littleton and Franconia) *The house is close to a dirt road; but is very lightly traveled with most cars going at a respectful speed. You will need a car.
