This rustic 3 story Mountain Top Paradise surrounded by woods has 2,590 sq. ft. of living space: hot tub, indoor sauna, pool table, wet bar, dart board, barbecue grill and gas fireplace. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home for 11+ guests boasts 4 expansive decks with beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain woods views at an elevation of 3,290 ft. Vacationers enjoy the Mill Ridge community tennis courts, seasonal swimming pool, private clubhouse, basketball court, playground, and hiking trails. The space The King bed, Queen bed, Full bed, Twin bed, deluxe Full futon, and two Queen sleeper couches are very comfortable. An oversize cot is also provided. There are four full bathrooms with showers and one tub. A large outdoor grill with piped in propane is on the second floor deck. A Mitsubishi heating/air conditioning system utilizes six zones to service the home. Five skylights provide extra illumination to the cathedral ceiling and open floor plans. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances. The dining room table accommodates 6 with additional seating for 6 at the adjacent kitchen counter. A washer/dryer is conveniently located on the top floor. There are four flat screen TVs with cable, free Wi-Fi and a computer printer available. Five large lantern stands illuminate the 210 feet of property road frontage which affords ample free parking along with the large, covered attached carport. Guest access Guests have private use and access to the entire three story home and grounds. EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS are in place at the entrances to the home on all three levels. Other things to note Check-out is 10am and we must ask that guests honor this time as the entire three story home must be cleaned and prepared for the next guests who arrive the same day at 4pm. Please remember to discard all trash and recyclables in the bins located at the clubhouse adjacent to the tennis courts. Dishes should be placed in the automatic dishwasher and run upon departure. Please note that all-wheel drive may be necessary during the winter months to get to the top of the mountain. Beach towels are provided in the lower third floor sauna bathroom for use with the hot tub. Enjoy!
