Welcome to Sunnyside Cottage! A peaceful rural retreat on a pretty private road. The cottage is surrounded by fields and woodland, only 5 minutes drive from Clifton Village and the M5, and 10 minutes from Central Bristol and Avonmouth. Large, free parking spaces. For those coming for work, we are outside the Clean Air Zone and for those coming for hospital appointments, we are 15 - 20 mins from all Bristol Hospitals. The space Private accommodation with a private entrance comprising of a very large double bedroom, a single bedroom and a private bathroom. The double room has a smart TV, dining table, 3 chairs, 2-seater sofa, armchair, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cups, bowls, plates, and cutlery. The single bedroom comes with a smart TV. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Outside is a large private veranda overlooking a secluded garden with a bench, table, two chairs, and a church pew. The area is very peaceful, with woodland and fields, sheep, birds, rabbits, squirrels, and a friendly semi-wild peacock named Jakey. Guest access You will have the entire front of the property to yourselves! Enjoy the front garden and veranda with access to your private space through the front door, with a large parking area just outside the front door. You can park two or three cars or a large work van easily. There is one very small step into the property, which is all on the ground level. Access to the property is via a lockbox, which is located at the property, so you can let yourselves in any time after 2pm and settle in. Other things to note The property is outside of the Bristol Clean Air Zone. Parking is free. It can accommodate two or three cars or a large van and is on a private driveway half a mile down a private road. There is space for three cars outside the property. If you need an additional car parking space, just let us know.
