The space Once inside, upstairs you will find an open plan lounge kitchen diner, smart TV and high speed broadband. Retreat downstairs to two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite with shower, the other with a king size bed which can be configured as twin beds on request. You’ll also find a family bathroom and separate utility area with washing machine and drying facilities. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob and pots, pans & plates etc for cooking and dining. We supply a cleaning starter pack and a couple of loo rolls to tide you over till you shop, however for for hygiene reasons we do supply any foodstuffs including condiments. Guest access You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves. Other things to note The staircase to the basement is fully enclosed so has no banister rail. This may mean the apartment is not suitable for some people who find stairs difficult to manage without a rail. Please see photos. We employ a professional housekeeping service for your comfort. Our king size bed can be configured as twins if you let us know at the time of booking. We need advance notice to ensure our housekeeper prepares this for you. Our check in and out times are set to enable our housekeepers sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for our next guests. We may be able to offer free earlier check ins or later check outs, but only if requested in advance and subject to availability. The professional cleaning company we use service a number of local properties and may not be able to accommodate short notice changes to their schedule. Please note that if housekeeping are unable to commence preparations for the next guest because the property has not been vacated at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge you for the additional costs incurred by us for this.
