This beautiful, rustic yet refined comfortable residence is nestled into the mountains & the spectacular community of Plain. Here you can capture the magical essence of the area. This 2.5 acre mountain living home serves as our primary residence as well as your vacation home while we are traveling. We hope you love it as much as we do. It offers, a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room space, laundry room, mud room, as well as 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. We provide plenty of extra pillows, linens & blankets. We are family friendly & have plenty of amenities to help you enjoy your stay. The hot tub is always available for your use & relaxation. Treated after every guests’ stay. For your enjoyment, you will find a 50” smart TV, with comfortable seating. The WIFI is fiber & offers a fast connection. 5G with a good router & fiber optics. Speed varies from 34.20 to 37.90. Superb location for endless outdoor adventure or relaxation. We have a spacious yard that includes gorgeous views, a fire pit, bbq and plenty of room to play. Our property is located minutes from Plain & offers adventurous mountain living in a peaceful setting as it backs up-to Wenatchee National Forest with easy access to trails. There is plenty of room to roam, hike, ski, snowshoe, backcountry ski, snowmobile, sled, explore, and relax. Enjoy & explore the Plain & Leavenworth communities. The options are endless with outdoor recreation, festivals, wine tasting, breweries, or just unplug & relax. We just ask that you please respect our community, home & neighbors. AGAIN, we are located in the beautiful community of Plain. Leavenworth is a 20-30 minute drive. PLEASE NOTE- Because this is our primary residence, you can expect to see personal items throughout the house & some closets to be locked. However, you can also expect a clean space with plenty of room for your belongings. Consider yourself a friend. It is also possible that we may be around the property at times. The house is secure with a key code that you’ll receive after booking. If you’d like the extra floor mattresses please let us know before your arrival. *If not traveling, owners/property manager may or may not be on site. *I have a salon in the garage that I operate Tuesday - Thursday. If staying mid week, you will see vehicles coming/going. We always do our best to respect our guests privacy. *The garage will also be locked & not available for guest use.
