Sunny private room with desk on quiet street

One comfortable double bedroom with desk & smart TV in a large house. Has a full closet, two nightstands, shelves, fan, drawer. Guest bathroom with shower (possibly shared with another room, but not host), bathtub, and double sink included. This is a shared space with me and my older dog, in a friendly & central residential neighbourhood. Within walking distance to the university and colleges, with bus stops nearby too. Great for relaxing, working, studying! The space A big house with large, well-appointed eat-in kitchen and dining room, scenic view from the spacious living room, and lovely front and back yard to enjoy. Bedrooms are on the second floor. A shy older dog lives here. She will mostly keep to herself (she sleeps a lot) and does not come upstairs. Guest access Living room with bay view, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, laundry in downstairs bathroom, TV room with weights, outdoor deck with BBQ and patio furniture, shed (as needed). A second guest bedroom is also available for rent, and may be rented to other guests. Please inquire about a discount if you need two rooms. During your stay I like to say hello and generally keep to myself. I can provide local recommendations and tips! Other things to note There is parking for up to three cars, in addition to my vehicle when I'm home. I have another Airbnb room for rent that shares the same guest bathroom when occupied.
