Grandview Cottage

Grandview Cottage is on 2 acres with views over looking the Shenandoah Mountains. Situated 1 mile from the famous Homestead resort, the luxurious Spa, and the Homestead Ski Slopes, the Healing Jefferson Warm Springs, and the Cascades Gorge. We are located in Hot Springs VA, 24445. The space Newly renovated and beautifully furnished, Grandview Cottage has 1 loft style bedroom, 1 bath, living room and cable/internet TV, gas fireplace, kitchen, and front and back decks. There is a washer/dryer available for long term stays. The Cottage sleeps 4 people, though best suited for 2. The couch in the living room pulls out to a second queen size bed if your party is 2+ guests. The loft bedroom has a wall to wall double bed, best suited for those 6 feet and under, built in bookshelf and night table. There is an AC upstairs for summer nights. The livingroom is cozy and inviting, and includes a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. There are extra space heaters should you need them. Connecting the livingroom to there kitchen is a bartop counter, great for having meals or working on your lapop. There is a full kitchen with everything you need for preparing, baking and cooking, including dish and silverware, pots, pans, utensils, etc... There is coffee, coffee filters and a coffee maker, plus essential spices. Please note that the oven is a single rack oven, and the fridge is a half size unit (larger than a mini, but not full size). There is a full bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub, plus shower, with a wrap around shower curtain. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private cottage and separate driveway. Other things to note Bath County has bountiful wildlife and breath taking natural beauty, including the renowned healing waters of the Warm Springs Historical Jefferson Pools. This Mountain Valley offers numerous sporting activities: 3 Championship Golf Courses. Skiing, Tennis, Horseback Riding, Trout and Bass Fishing, Mountain Biking, Hiking Trails, Jackson River Canoing, Kayaking on Mountain Lake Moomaw, and Hunting. Also close by is River rafting on the New River and skiing at the famous Snow Shoe Ski Resort in West Virginia.
