Come and relax at the our condo that sits directly on Redington Beach! Centrally located near many beaches such as Madeira Beach, Bellair Beach, Treasure Island Beach, St. Pete beach and many more. Enjoy the Jolly Trolley service on Clearwater Beach seven days a week, and their Coastal Route services Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy easy access to shopping, Johns Pass and many great restaurants all located near the condo! The space Enjoy this 3 bed, 2 bath Gulf front, ocean view condo with a heated pool directly on the beach. The space provides direct beach access to a quieter area of the beach. Perfect for fishing or lounging. The unit is on the second floor with views of the gulf and breathtaking sunsets on your private balcony on the north side. LIVING AREA Relax after a day in the sun on the comfy sofas and unwind with our shows thru the spectrum app (or other apps using your personal credentials on our Roku device). While relaxing please enjoy the patio doors and the view of the gulf. KITCHEN & DINING Enjoy your long stays with a kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking needs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The dining area offers space for you to enjoy a meal with your family. The table sits 4 guests. BED & BATH The home sleeps 6 comfortably. The master-suite includes a queen bed, flat screen tv, and private bathroom with shower. The large bathroom has a walk in closet and a separate area for the shower and toilet. Your master suite boasts a private sliding door to the patio which over looks the gulf on the north side of the building. In the second bedroom, you'll find another queen bed. All beds feature hotel- quality linens. A guest bathroom is located off of the hallway featuring a shower. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room that sleeps 2. OUTDOOR AREAS You are going to love lounging at the heated pool on Redington Beach. Full panoramic views of the beach while you swim! The pool patio offers several tables with large umbrellas and gas grills. There may be some forms requested by the host via email once booking is confirmed depending on duration of stay or any other items needed by the homeowners association for our guests . Guest access Parking notes: You will get 1 parking pass for your vehicle. There is guest parking for your visitors. You will be given a code to access the pool and atrium the day before your arrival. Other things to note The unit comes with 6 beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler for your convenience. Property has 6 beach towel. Complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, gas fired grill, board games and parking for 2 vehicles will be provided.
