2-room apartment in the heart of Rostock! The large, cozily furnished living room with sofa bed has a desk, which can be enlarged to function as a dining table for a large round. A shelf and a clothes rail offer enough storage space for all your things. The apartment also has an additional study with a relaxation lounger. In the kitchen there are all kinds of electrical appliances and the bathroom is also fully equipped. The space The apartment is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle, but if you're looking for it, you just have to step outside the door. The location is really very central (see below). At the same time, it is in a quiet environment. Sleeping with the window open is no problem here. All rooms are very bright. Only the hallway from which all rooms lead away has no window. The kitchen has everything a cooking and baking enthusiast could desire (coffee machine, milk frother, food processor, hand blender, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, etc.). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine which can be used. The apartment is on the 5th floor and is only accessible by stairs (NOT barrier-free). The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Located in the middle of the KTV (Kröpeliner Tor Vorstadt), the area is full of cute little shops and cafes as well as pubs. Particularly popular here, for example, is the Cafe Waldenberger with delicious cakes and pies or the Cafe Laska with a daily changing selection of coffee beans. A little tip: Not very close by, but in the old town, you will find Cafe A Rebour. Decorated cozy like at grandma's house and there is the best chocolate cake. I promise! The apartment is centrally located! Shopping: You can walk to Netto in one minute, Aldi, Edeka and Rossmann (Neptuncenter) in 5 minutes and Lidl in 10 minutes. Shopping: The shopping street Rostocks (Kröpeliner Tor) can be reached at walking pace in 20 minutes or in 11 minutes by tram. Public transport: The tram stop "Kabutzenhof" is a 2 minute walk. The S-Bahn stop "Holbeinplatz" is a 10-minute walk away. !!! 25 minutes S-Bahn ride and you are at the BALTIC SEA BEACH Warnemünde!!! Doberaner Platz is the hub of the tram network and is only 2 stops (2 minutes) from the apartment. Here, many cafes and ice cream parlors invite you to linger. Parking: Free parking is possible throughout the street. Harbor: In just 3 minutes walk you will find yourself on the beautiful Warnow shore. The promenade is lined with delicious restaurants and bars and is ideal for strolling or jogging, especially on sunny days. The ferry to Gehlsdorf also departs from here.
