Room with garden view from Laura's room

I offer overnight stays in one of the rooms of my beautiful home, where I live. The house is 200 m from the center of Montinelle where you will find everything: bakery, butcher, small supermarket, bar, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, restaurants. It is also 500 m from the beach and next to the Sasso and Rocca Nature Reserve for those interested in nature walks. The bed is large, a square and a half, has no wardrobe, has a table with chair. The space I am renting one room in the house where I normally live. The house is 300 m from the little town centre where you can join a backery, the batcher's shop, bars, ice-cream shops, restaurants, pizzerias. It is close to the Riserva Naturale del Sasso e della Rocca for nice walk in nature. The bed is a queen size bed. There is no armchair, but a table and a chair.
