Country living, yet it is close to everything within a short distance. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes & sports bars, ice cream/yogurt shops, Laundromat close by. Only 5 homes in our court. No drive through traffic. Short rides to El Dorado Hills, historical Folsom, Sacramento, Old Town Sacramento, Placerville, Coloma & Apple Hill & all the eateries & 22+wineries. An hour+ ride to beautiful LakeTahoe. Angel Camp is only 50+ miles away. Murphy & all their wineries & antiques shops are close by too. Only 2 exits to the famous Red Hawk Casino & it's resturants. American river is close by for river rafting & dinning enjoyment so is Lake Natoma & Sly Park. Old Town Sac, El Dorado shopping & theater. On the rare occasion that we might not be available on your arrival, we do have a coded box for the gate remote. We will provide you with the code if it is needed.
