We have a variety of options for group meetings, song writing, celebrating, & creating. The property provides a peaceful environment both indoors and outdoors. Located just outside Downtown Franklin! The space We are an event venue to be rented for day / evening time usage, not for overnight stays. We do have one bedroom with two beds we are willing to allow stay overnight for the right situation (examples: event planner / songwriter doing a songwriting retreat, photo / video shooter using space for a shoot, etc).
