The space In the heart of Nernier, 50 meters from the lake, we offer a 50 m2 T2 on the ground floor of a charming house with garden, fully equipped, can accommodate 2 adults. DESCRIPTION A large living space: kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, washing machine, all cooking utensils, basic necessities)/dining room for 6 people/living room with sofa and armchairs Independent bedroom with 1 double bed Bathroom with bathtub Separate toilet Bed linen and towels provided. Guest access The gite 'La Perle du Léman' is located in the pedestrian village of Nernier, protected by an access terminal. * At any time of the day: possible access to the gite by car (by badge provided with the key) for drop-off of people with reduced mobility, luggage and groceries... * from 7 p.m. (D) to 9 a.m. (D+1): free parking (blue zones 50 meters from the gite, parking 150 meters from the gite) * from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.: - Blue zones (3 hours) 50 meters from the cottage - Paid parking 150 meters from the gite (1 euro per hour, 8 euro package for a full day).
