The studio features a cozy sleeping area, comfortable living space with sofa, modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette—everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Guest access To help you get started, you will be warmly welcomed at the property by our hosts, who will personally check you in, hand over the keys, and share useful tips and recommendations to help you enjoy an unforgettable stay in Lisbon. Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Check-in after 10:00 PM is not available. Check-out: until 11:00 AM Late check-in is possible, subject to an additional fee, which helps ensure the availability of our team outside regular working hours: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: €30 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM: €40 Any applicable late check-in fee is payable upon arrival. .Transfer Information: It’s possible to schedule a transfer from the airport to our apartment’s address! The pricing is: *40€ per transfer from 1 until 3 persons, with 4 luggages maximum. *60€ for transfer for 4 until 6 persons, with 10 luggages maximum. If you’re interested, inform us about your details and schedule until 24h prior to your arrival. . It is not allowed to leave luggage in the apartment Other things to note . Please kindly note that our working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM (Portugal time). Any communication sent through the chat outside of these hours will be answered the following day as soon as possible. =D . Please, be aware that the apt sits in Pink Street, a very lively neighborhood during the night. Thus, there be noise during coming from the street. For those more sensitive to noise, we recommend to bring earplugs. . Apt sits on a historical zone where parking space might be restricted to residents only or there are a few street parking options, but it is payable from Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 1 AM (next day). Weekend is paid on Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. Apartment sits close to Pink Street (a Portuguese bohemic neighborhood).We either recommend parking on private parkings nearby the apartment or just exploring the city on foot due to its privileged location next to most attractions in the city center and easy access to plublic transportation. . Please, always remember to lock the apartment with key while in- or outside the apartment. *Before you leave for check-out, please follow our keys instructions that will be sent before your check-out day.* . During the stay, if the key is left inside the apartment and it becomes necessary to travel to the location, a fee of €50 will be applied. . Please, don't forget the keys inside the door lock during your stay or for the check-out. In case the guests (and the hosts) are locked out of the apartment because didn't follow our instructions and house rules, i.e. prevented from having access to the apartment, locksmith cost of 200€ will be applied and the guests will be accountable and pay for it. . If guests lose our keys, i.e we cannot find the keys of the apartment after the check out, it will be necessary to replace the whole door lock for security reasons.
