Sage River Sanctuary! Quiet & Comfortable Home!

Our newer home in a quiet neighborhood has two available rooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a double bed. Both rooms have a desk and chair. We have welcomed many interns serving at Metro-Health--only five minutes away, downtown hospitals--15 minutes away, or nearby businesses. Movie theaters, Rivertown Mall, and restaurants are a 5-minute drive. Golf course and bike/hiking trails are within walking distance. The lakeshore is about a 40-minute drive. The space Even during the winter, our home is flooded with light. We have big windows and enjoy an open concept on the main floor. Our home is not childproof so not suitable for children under five. We are within minutes to two hospitals and have enjoyed having residents stay with us for their short and long-term rotations. Guest access Shared space: kitchen, dining & family room as well as outdoor deck. Bathroom/shower is occasionally shared if we have another guest staying. Washer & dryer availability. Shelf in refrigerator and pantry for your use. During your stay We work from home so we are available on the spot a majority of the time. Always available by phone. Other things to note We are empty-nesters so you will enjoy a quiet home. We are into healthy and peaceful living. We have a Vita-Mix and exercise equipment available for your use. No smokers please. No parties. Our neighborhood is lovely. You wouldn't know we are only minutes from one of the most popular malls in SW Michigan and numerous restaurants and theaters. High-speed wireless internet is available, as are washer & dryer.
