Ferry to San Francisco nearby; downtown Napa just 30 minutes away. Costco, groceries, gyms, and everyday services all close by. The space The studio has a dedicated space for shoes, coats and bags, a full-size closet with hangers, drawers and shelving, and a full-size bed with a Helix mattress. You'll also find a counter-height table and chairs, a small book selection, a gas stove, French press, ground coffee and tea, plates and cookware. There's a Roku TV for your streaming subscriptions. A monitor is available on request for remote work. If there's something essential I've missed, just ask. Guest access Guests have the studio and back patio entirely to themselves. The studio sits at the back of the property, accessed through the side yard — the one shared area with the main house. The back patio is enclosed on three sides, with the fourth opening to a partial shared view of the back garden. Outside, a patio table for eating al fresco and a lounge chair for reading or listening to a podcast. Self check-in via smart lock.
