Great for discovering our beautiful region with family or friends. All air conditioned. Private pool. The space 100 m2 single-storey house with: - living room (TV and large sofa) with fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, hood. Cooking utensils and tableware are provided. - 3 bedrooms with two 140 x 190 beds and two sofa beds. Sheets, pillows and blankets provided. Closets in the bedrooms to store your belongings. - Bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink cabinet and towel dryer. Bath towels available. - A laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. Outside: - A large covered terrace with garden furniture: dining table, Chilean chairs, bath deckchair and plancha. - A 7x3 swimming pool in a spacious garden and not overlooked. Guest access Possibility to park in front of the house in the private parking lot. Self check-in possible with lockbox on site. Other things to note A deposit of 800 euros is required on arrival (check not cashed unless damage is noted at the end of the stay). This house is non-smoking. There is no cleaning fee but we ask to return the house to the condition in which she welcomed you, i.e. clean and without damage. The house is in a small hamlet with a few neighbors nearby. Respect for the place is important and noise pollution must remain tolerable by the surrounding area.
