Balcony: sunny most of the day, quiet, no car traffic, a small view of the sea when you look to the left (see photo). Equipped for you to relax. Roller shutters or blackout blinds allow for window blackout throughout the apartment. The studio has an area of 28 m2 and the balcony 3 m2.
