The space This house is an absolute gem in the heart of Keswick. **Literally central Keswick...two min walk to the town centre. **Easy level walk to the lakeside. Can walk up Skiddaw from the house! ** Has its own allocated parking space at the rear of the property which is an absolute bonus in central Keswick. ** 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom ** Fully equipped kitchen ** Separate living/ dining area ** Spacious ** Super responsive host - no question is too small ! # Bedroom 1 - the 'master' bedroom - huge room with Kingsize bed (same floor as the bathroom) # Bedroom 2 - the 'family' room - another very spacious room with a double and a single bed # Bedroom 3 - the 'single' room - may be small but perfectly formed! Not everything can be perfect.... Being central to Keswick town means that there is some traffic noise from the street, especially in the height of the tourist season. Light sleepers should be aware of this. Guests should note this is an all electric property. Hot water is from a tank not a combi boiler, heating is from overnight storage heaters; plus portable heaters in each room which guests have full control over should they feel the need for additional heating. We never wish our guests to feel cold! Guest access This house might not have any outdoor socialising space but it's really not needed, the beautiful fells of the Lake District are your garden! Other things to note * May not be suitable for guests with mobility issues (read below) * The base price is for 4 guests, there is an extra charge of £15ppn after 4 guests. * Super responsive host - no question is too small (both before and during guest stays) Ground floor consists of kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two flights of stairs in this accommodation. Those will more limited mobility may not find this property suitable for them as they may find them steep - however there is a handrail at every point. First floor has a bathroom and a bedroom with a king-size bed. Two bedrooms are on the second floor.... up a second flight of stairs. One is a family room with a double and a single bed. The other is a single bedroom. This is a 3 storey town house in perfect location for waking into Keswick town centre within 2 min.
