A comfortable couch and breakfast bar and compact kitchen for light cooking . -Smart TV with Netflix and basic cable -Access to BBQ on your semi private garden patio . (Shared with host) -Access to shared laundry facilities (with host communication). -Access to secure storage if needed (for bikes etc. with host communication) - Outdoor Oasis Step onto your inviting semi private deck, a haven for outdoor bliss and sunny morning coffee and evening meals. 360 view of the mountains and peak-a-boo view of Howe Sound. Beautiful garden space shared with owner. - possible access to private mini hot tub for 2 **seasonal and with communication** Guest access You'll have private access to the garden suite. It is important to note that it is attached to the property, the main house. It is occupied by myself & my small dog. Rest assured, your space is entirely separate, ensuring your complete privacy throughout your stay. Should you need anything, we're just a message away, committed to ensuring your comfort and undisturbed enjoyment of our miner's retreat. When arriving at your garden suite, parking is a breeze with ample street parking , offering seamless accessibility for you ensuring effortless arrivals and departures. We kindly ask our guests refrain from smoking inside the property. 2. While we adore our furry friends, to ensure the comfort of all our guests and maintain the pristine condition of our space, we maintain a no-pets policy. 3. We kindly request our guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM the following day, respecting the serene atmosphere of Britannia Beach. Additionally, we have a strict no-party policy on the premises to ensure a tranquil environment for all.
