Centrally located in Kennewick to Conference Center, Toyota Center for sports & Columbia River access. Sleeps 9 people, all beds upstairs,2 queens, bunkbed w/ 2 full beds & 1 twin bed. Guests are raving about our spacious & well stocked kitchen. Cuddle up in the living room, search your favorite entertainment apps on the 65" smart tv on high speed internet. Park in 1 car garage & 2 off street spots. Also has an enclosed backyard. Pets must be pre-approved & pet fee paid. Everything is brand new as of Feb 2022. All rooms have mirrors, luggage racks & hangers. Bathrooms have body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, lotion, q-tips, cotton balls, makeup remover & hand towel. Towel & washcloth provided for each guest. Hair dryer & extra tooth brushes/paste is provided in guest bath. Kitchen is well supplied and includes coffee, sugar & creamer. Larger coffee maker provided but not coffee grounds. Plastic dishes provided for outdoor or slippery hands. First aid kit/thermometer in kitchen drawer. No pets on furniture please. 1 Car garage, laundry, fenced backyard, 2 off street parking. Im available or my co-host is usually available everyday between 8am-8pm Quiet family neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery store, parks, bike trail. Parking in the Tri-Cities is free. There are taxis, buses and uber. Move out checklist is posted in the binder in kitchen. Twin bed is under bunk bed. Bunk bed sleeps 4 because they are full mattresses. There are a few games but because some guest do not handle with care, I do not guarantee all the pieces are there. No pets on furniture. No Smoking inside the unit or inside the garage.
