Superb apartment ideally located 100 m from Baie de Somme and 1.2 km from the small train station. Very nice apartment located on the 1st floor in a new building dating from 2016, with elevator access. Functional, bright, neat, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped accommodation. The space The apartment has: - a large bright living room with table for 4 people, 4 stools-armchairs, sofa bed, coffee table, TV + Netflix + Wi-Fi - a bedroom with a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser and built-in wardrobe. View of the Porte de Nevers; - a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, range hood, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, full set of dishes... - a bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity, toilet, towel holder; - an entrance with fitted cupboard; - a small balcony. The bedding is of high quality. Beds are made on arrival, dish towels and hand towels are available and included in the price. Only bath towels are not provided but can be made available on request for an additional 4 euros per person. Ironing board, iron and baby crib can be made available before arrival on request. Before you leave: - garbage cans must be emptied into the dedicated containers located at N-1 of the residence; - glass bottles are to be disposed of in the containers located in the parking lot; - empty the dishwasher and put away the dishes: - and of course lights and heaters off. All that's left is to have a pleasant stay! Guest access For stays of at least 1 week, we can provide you with a room located in the cellar of the residence to store bicycles, strollers, electric scooters...
