Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities. The space The guest home is located on the 2nd story so there is flight of stairs that you'll need to be able to climb for your stay. There is a Queen bed (with a Queen trundle bed underneath). The top queen bed is quite high but we do offer sturdy wide 3 step stepping stools. The bottom bed is a bit heavy to pull out from underneath. We made this change due to request from guests so we hope this will please our future guests. Roku is hooked up on the big movie screen where you can stream Netflix, Amazon, Vudu, and Hulu which are all paid for your enjoyment along with a variety of other channels that you can add and watch as well. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, double burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, large electric skillets, slow cookers, waffle iron, and plenty of other options for cooking. If there is anything else you need for your stay in the kitchen, feel free to ask and it can be borrowed from the main house. We do provide some breakfast essentials and snacks for your stay. Guests are welcome to smoke outside as long as they use the ash trays provided and there is absolutely no smoking within the guest home. We have a large gazebo with ponds, fire pit, and barbecue located just outside the guest house that you are welcome to use as you wish, we also provide firewood and sticks for smores. The yard comes equipped with playground equipment and a trampoline that our guests are free to use. The guest house does come with it's own side of the long driveway and can fit 3 or so cars. Guest access Guests have full access to the yard and play equipment as well as the gazebo, barbecue, hottub, a private full size deck, and fire pit area. Generally we will leave the yard area to you when we have guests to make sure that our guests have the most privacy for relaxation possible during the stay.
