Location! Location! The Nest on the Northshore sits high on the hill with the Tennessee River's historic Walnut Street Bridge, one of the world’s longest pedestrian bridges, a 10-minute walk away. Drive right up to the door of this light-filled one-level duplex. With two dedicated off-street parking spots and not a single step (rare on the Northshore), more parking is available on the street. Beautifully appointed and filled with natural light, this apartment is in the heart of the Northshore! The stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a yummy meal, but you may be tempted to walk down to Il Primo for a fabulous dinner, grab a burger at Tremont Tavern, or enjoy brunch at Daily Ration, all a 15-minute walk. Before you start your day, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on the little front stoop and watch the neighborhood come to life. The Nest on the Northshore is in Hill City, and after you head down the street, you'll know how it got its name! The views along almost any stroll are extraordinary, with Lookout Mountain and Stringer's Ridge in the distance. The Walnut Street Bridge is a 10-minute walk, but if you'd rather grab a bike and cycle, grab one at Coolidge Park at Bike Chattanooga, head over the bridge, and access the RiverWalk. You can travel all the way to Chickamauga Dam (notice the osprey) and back down to St. Elmo, cruising through downtown Chattanooga, as well. After a busy day in Chattanooga, relax on the patio in the backyard and listen to the birds to unwind. Take a little snooze in the hammock if you like, or head to the nearby park with the kids and play a little pickleball (racquets are in the board game basket in the Nest) if you're feeling more active. Guest access Entire house and entire backyard
