Home in Prudence Island

Our waterfront cottage is a hidden gem located in Narragansett Bay on the neck of Prudence Island facing north and overlooking Potters Cove (a popular boaters destination). We have a stairway down to our beach which is mainly rocky (crocs or boat shoes recommended). The south side of the neck offers a sandy beach with unparalleled privacy even during the summer months. Prudence Island requires a ferry to travel to and from which departs from downtown Bristol, RI. The space Our house is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday during June, July, August. Aside from that, we have a two day minimum stay. Feel free to reach out for more pictures or information. Guest access Guests have full access to our house, waterfront yard, and stairs to the beach. Other things to note A Ferry is required to travel to and from Prudence. The ferry will take your car from Bristol, RI. You should contact the Prudence Island Ferry directly to reserve a spot.
