Simply and elegantly furnished apartment consist of a single-bedroom and a large studio with an open plan kitchen, dining area and living area with a large TV. Wifi is also available. The Apartment is close to heart of Odesa, The Shevchenko park, The Black sea, bars and restaurants. Modern design and ideal location near Odesa center make this place perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space Apartment located in the new building, 4-th floor. Fully equipment for comfortable staying. The open plan kitchen is cosy and contains a cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer, a dishwasher. There's no oven, so its not really suitable for big cooking, but good for breakfast and light diner. The living area with a comfortable sofa and large TV. The sofa can be tranformed to handy bed. In the bedroom you will find an exceptionally comfortable double bed. The commodious bathroom has a lovely hand held shower. Iron and hair-dryer available. Two big wardrobes and a wall cabinet provide a lot space for clothes. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay Other things to note Thank you for staying in our apartment . I hope you have a wonderful time when in Odesa. Myself are here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you would kindly follow these simple rules, it would make your stay better: No smoking. If you must smoke, please go outside of the apartment and kindly dispose of all ash and cigarette ends. No parties or events. Pets are permitted, but need my special approval. May not be safe or suitable for children (0-12 years) alone. Kindly remove outside shoes when inside the apartment . Please be considerate of the neighbours in the early mornings and late evenings. Specifically please don't make noise after 10pm or before 7am and please don't have any parties. There are plenty of places outside the flat in Odesa to have them. As with all Airbnb listings, If any damage or missing items are discovered on check out, I will notify you of these and you will be liable to cover the cost of the repair or replacement of these items. Don't be too alarmed though, this has only ever happened once before. Please treat the home as you would your own.
