Quiet room upstairs in a lovely family house on the edge of a small village, with shared bathroom including bath with low shower over, Double bed but room suitable for single only. Tea and coffee making facilities, and proper milk. We are situated 25 minutes from south and north Cornish coast and 20 minutes from the Eden Project. The bed linen may not be the colour shown in the photo as we have several sets we use in that room. There is fast wifi but NO television available in this room. The space This room is located in a lovely house set in six acres of grounds and gardens, very private but right near the Camel trail cycle route. Also on the route for LEJOG. The room has a bathroom with bath and shower over ( note low ceiling so low shower). Shared fridge and microwave for guests. NO breakfast is provided with this room but there is some basic cereal available in the room in case you forgot to bring anything with you. Super fast WiFi is available. Guest access Guests have access to the front gardens if they wish, but not the field areas, and under cover secure parking for bikes can be provided. Please ask if you need car charging. During your stay As much or as little as guests want! We are a friendly family and knowledgable about the area. Other things to note We do have dogs but they won't be allowed to bother you as they live in the kitchen areas. However they do occasionally bark. There is NO tv in this room We require guests to be out and about during the day as we cannot guarantee the house is unlocked between 10am and 4pm
