Enjoy peace and quiet in our quiet East Tennessee home, Brook n Wood Farms. Nestled in a quiet hollow in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains, this two bedroom farmhouse is the perfect quiet get away. There is plenty to do within a 90 minute or less drive. We have worked hard to renovate this old farm house, doing our best to keep as much of the original work as possible. ** Please note there is no washer/dryer available. Other things to note On the reservation form, it will ask how many guests and how many pets. Please be sure to provide the correct number of guests and dogs (if any). There is a flat $50 fee for dogs. Up to two dogs are welcome to stay during stays of 3 nights or less. For reservations more than 3 nights, please send us an inquiry to discuss.
