Garmisch town centre, ski-lifts and the Partnach Gorge are an easy walk from the apartment. The space Two double bedrooms, with a sofa-bed in the living room. A baby bed is available upon request. A bathroom, with bath as well as an en-suite with shower. Both bathrooms have windows. A washing machine and a dryer are in the en-suite. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and spacious living room. Both balconies offer mountain views, with ample outdoor furniture. Guest access A lockable cellar compartment and a private underground parking space are available for you. For your comfort there is a ski-boot dryer and ski rack available in the cellar. The development offers children's play areas. Other things to note Garmisch Partenkirchen is a Kurort /Spa town. Every guest receives a Guest-card which entitles them to reductions and offers in and around Garmisch. 3€ per day for adults, children between 6 and 15 years 1€ per day.
