The spacious, open plan living areas connect easily from the kitchen and dining room into the pool/TV room, lounge and out to the sunny, covered patio, pool and braai area. The kitchen is large and modern with high-end appliances including gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge (with water and ice dispenser), 2 extra drinks fridges and coffee machine. There is bar seating, as well as an 8-seater dining space and large ‘scullery’ area. The main bedroom overlooks and opens onto the pool and patio area. It has a queen-size bed, full en-suite bathroom with double basin, separate toilet room and outside shower, lots of cupboard space and a TV. The second double bedroom is privately situated on the opposite side of the house and leads off the kitchen area and is next to the garage. It has a double bed, mini fridge, TV and en-suite with a shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds with a bathroom with a shower, close by. There is a spacious family room in the middle of the house with a large TV and comfy couch. There is an inter-leading office with dedicated desk space. The house has a fibre optic high-speed internet connection for viewing Netflix, etc online or on the lounge smart TV. The house has an electric fence and is fully alarmed with perimeter beams and links to the local security company. There is safe and secure parking in the driveway which is controlled by a remote gate. Guest access The garage will not be available for parking as it is used for storage. The jacuzzi will not be available. Other things to note The pool is not covered and does not have a fence.
