It is very large at 400 sq ft. and has radiant heat floors as well as an inviting suite like atmosphere! Other things to note The second bedroom is 400 sq ft. With a couch, rocking chair and wall mounted 50 inch hd tv. The Queen size murphy bed will be pulled down and made up for you to enjoy as soon as you arrive!
