All places of interest are within walking distance. - The studio has a private terrace. - The accommodation is located in an old Basque house with a north-facing terrace, so it has the advantage of staying cool, which is very appreciable in summer. - Fully equipped: sheets, towels, vanity kits will be provided for arrival. - Kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, stove. Appliances: kettle, toaster and traditional filter coffee machine. - Bathroom with shower cabin, sink, hairdryer, towel dryer, washing machine. Toilet Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and its private but unfenced terrace. Apartment located on the ground floor. Guests will have 1 set of keys available and the remote control badge to access the cul-de-sac by car. - The small black entrance gate has no handle. It is pushed on the right side to enter and slams when leaving. - The small public gate on the left as you exit the cul-de-sac leads to the bakery, the tobacco press, the Carrefour Market, the Biarritz Market as well as all the lively bars and restaurants of Rue Gambetta. If you cross this street and go straight, steps take you to the mythical and superb beach of the Côte des Basques, in 5 minutes!
