Rated 4 stars by an official Gîte de France organization, this small, new, independent, comfortable home is located behind our house. Entry can be done independently. Ideal for a quiet stay, with family, friends or for a romantic stay. This space is private, just for you. If you wish, you can relax in the Jacuzzi and heated pool while enjoying the garden with an exotic atmosphere. Tranquility, charm and a change of scenery guaranteed. The space Interior equipment: - a living room with sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle) - a bedroom with a bed for 2 people, TV with Netflix and Disney+ access - a bathroom with shower and toilet - Wi-Fi Towels and sheets are provided. Outdoor equipment: private heated swimming pool secured by a roller shutter, size 10 x 4 ml, open from April until the All Saints' holidays included. The exterior also includes terrace, pergola, garden, petanque court, plancha (available from April to October). Jacuzzi (available all year round, heated to about 37 degrees, optional upon request when booking, accessible directly from the room) The accommodation is located 3 km from the village of Missillac with all its shops, where there is also the Château de la Breteshe with golf, spa and gourmet restaurant, 10 minutes from La Roche-Bernard (small town of character), about 30 minutes from the sea and its beautiful beaches (La Baule, Penestin...) from Guérande with its ramparts and salt marshes, from Rochefort-en-Terre (favorite village of the French in 2016), also close to the Golf du Morbihan and the Marais de Brière.
